Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Kristi Jones Designs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Kristi Jones Designs shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged, Kristi Jones Designs will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Order Acceptance Policy Terms of payment shall be determined in our discretion and as otherwise agreed to by us. Payment shall be made by a credit card or some other pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to the Online Store. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. Governing Law Any sales by Kristi Jones Designs shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana , without regard to Conflict of Laws rules. The customer consents to the Jurisdiction of the Federal or State courts located in Louisiana for purposes of any suit, action or preceding arising out of any sale. Title: Risk of Loss Title to goods herein being purchased passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the purchaser, unless otherwise specified. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Kristi Jones Designs is Kristi Jones Designs responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the Customer is Customer’s responsibility. Payment Method Credit Cards and Debit Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover via Paypal, which is a reliable, secure site I use for my electronic transactions. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can sign up at time of payment. This site is 100% secure and there is no cost to the buyer. Credit card charges are not submitted until shipment. Your credit card bill will reflect the name Kristi Jones Designs. Providing you a secure online experience is our highest priority. We recognize that your privacy and security are of the utmost importance. We have devoted a great deal of time and effort to ensure that your personal information is safeguarded. We utilize 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer data encryption to secure credit card orders. Check or money order We gladly accept money orders, cashier's checks, company checks, and personal checks in U.S. and Canadian funds only. Please use the online shopping cart to process the order. Personal checks or money orders should be made out to KRISTI JONES DESIGNS and mailed to the mailing address shown in your confirmation e-mail. Please send your payment as soon as possible, as I will hold mail order items for only 8 days after you've placed your order. Orders will be processed and shipped ONLY upon receipt of your money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, there will be a delay in shipment until the check clears the bank. Kristi Jones Designs will charge a $25 fee for all NSF returned checks. Sorry, but we do not accept COD payments. Sales Taxes Kristi Jones Designs will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses in Louisiana. Each customer in other states shall be responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped in other states. Shipping, Handling, & Insurance Fee All orders are shipped either via United Parcel Service (UPS) or via United States Parcel Service (USPS). Please specify your preference in the drop down box during ordering. Shipping rates will vary depending on your area and package weight. Please enter your information while on the shopping cart checkout to determine your shipping costs. All shipped orders are packaged with extreme care. Every effort is made to make sure items shipped are in perfect condition and match the descriptions given. Jewelry will come in a white cotton filled gift box(s) enclosed in a bubble wrap envelope or shipping box. If you also prefer your item(s) giftwrapped, please specify this on the shopping cart as there is a $3.00 charge for each giftwrapped item. Sets (ex. necklace and earrings) are giftwrapped together, unless ordered separately. International Shipping Coverage International shipping is for all customers outside the continental United States. This includes Alaska and Hawaii, Canada, and all other countries). A different shipping method/cost is used simply because it costs more to ship internationally. If you are outside the continental United States and wish to place an order or just prefer to find out what it would cost to ship an item(s), please e-mail us at orders@kristijones.com. Please include the following information: Specify the item(s) name and inventory #. Indicate the purpose of your e-mail (ex.-need for international shipping costs). Indicate whether you want to order or that you only prefer a shipping quote. Your name, e-mail address, and phone number for immediate contact. The address to where the item(s) will be shipped. We will determine the actual shipping costs to your location and e-mail you with a total cost. We will then phone you to obtain credit card information regarding your special order. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with your invoice (print and keep a copy for your records). A second confirmation e-mail will be sent once your item is shipped (see below - Order Confirmation). If you accept the amount and want to place the order, e-mail us back and we will process your order via on-line, and e-mail you print send you an invoice via Paypal and you can pay directly through that e-mail notification. Order Confirmation After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order is shipped so that you may track your package. We will also notify you if we are unable to ship your item within 4 days, and will provide you with an estimated delivery. Please note that we are a small manufacturing company. Each jewelry piece is hand-crafted; therefore, we keep a minimal number of finished items in our inventory. Orders will be shipped immediately if the item(s) is in stock. If not, your order may take up to 10 days to ship (most are shipped within 24 hours). Manufacturing and shipping times may also vary depending on the time of year and pre-existing demand. Unexpected Damage to Your Package We make all attempts to package your purchase with great care to avoid damage while being shipped; however, if your product arrives damaged, please notify the carrier (NOT Kristi Jones Designs) WITHIN FIVE DAYS. It is best practice to examine all orders immediately upon receipt, and not accept any purchase that has been damaged. Save your shipping box for the carrier's inspection. All claims must be made through the carrier. Return Policy It is important to me that you are completely happy with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from KRISTI JONES DESIGNS for any reason, you are welcome to either exchange or return your order for a refund. Please note the following exchange and return requirements: We prefer that you email or phone us prior to any returns or exchanges. Our email is orders@kristijones.com or you can call 318-865-8607. WRONG SIZE? We will gladly exchange your necklace, bracelet, anklet, ring, to a more appropriate size that is to your liking! Simply send us the jewelry piece back (following our mailing policy below). Once received, we will mail your new jewelry with your requested size to you! No fees are involved, except the shipping costs you incur for mailing the original piece back to us! Prior to shipping your item back to us, please refer to the following: Include the original receipt so we may identify the original order information. Write a brief note explaining the reason(s) for your return. Pleasing our customers is a priority. We care about why you were not completely satisfied with our product(s) ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS, OR THE RETURN/EXCHANGE IS INVALID. In other words, your return must be postmarked within 15 days of the original postmark. PLEASE ADHERE TO THIS POLICY AS UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS! THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION! We require that you call us first (318-865-8607) or email us for an RA# so that we may accurately track your return. It's best practice to return jewelry using a trackable carrier such as UPS or Federal Express. You may return using USPS, but realize that the return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer, and no refunds will be given for undelivered, lost, or stolen returns. There are no exceptions. All returned jewelry items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We cannot accept jewelry that has been used, worn, damaged, or resized. There are no refunds or exchanges on customized items. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the piece is received and all other return/exchange obligations have been met. Shipping is non-refundable and a 10% handling or re-stocking fee may apply for returns only; this may be deducted from your refund price. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE SENT ELECTRONICALLY VIA PAYPAL. In order to receive your return, you must register completely for a Paypal Account, which is absolutely FREE! This is the easiest and simplist way to receive refunds because you never have to leave your house! After mailing your jewelry, register for a Paypal account (www.paypal.com/) as soon as possible. Enter an accurate and current email address. Unless you complete this process, we will be unable to transfer your refund to you, and your refund will be delayed. Refunds are transfered directly into your personal Paypal account after jewelry is received by us and all other obligations are met. (After you've registered for your Paypal account) To receive your refund, go on-line to the paypal website (www.paypal.com/), and enter your password, which takes you to your account. Then click Withdrawl to initiate sending your refund money into your personal bankaccount. Follow the Paypal Withdrawal instructions. It's that easy! You will receive a Paypal notification via e-mail that you have made this transaction, and your money will be transferred into your bank account within a few business days. This electronic Paypal process is used because it is simple, free, and very convenient! The other refund option is a money order via certified mail; however, because this process is costly and very time consuming, we charge a $10.00 fee, which is deducted from your refund.
