We invite qualified retailers to purchase our web site items at wholesale pricing!
For all wholesale inquiries, please log in to our Contact Us page, and indicate your preference for a wholesale account. In addition, please e-mail orders@kristijones.com with the following information:
- Type of business: storefront or
e-commerce.
- Business/store name, owner's name, address, and phone number.
- Buyer's name, e-mail address, and contact number.
- Number of years in business.
- Three wholesale trade references.
- Please fax your sales tax registration certificate and business card to 318-861-7196.
Please allow 2-4 weeks to process your wholesale account, or for faster processing, please get all your information (sales tax certificate/business card) to us as soon as possible. You must have an established account with us to purchase wholesale. We will notify you by e-mail once your account is verified and when you are eligible to start ordering with a wholesale discount. All orders processed without an eligible wholesale status will be treated as retail orders only. Minimum order: Opening orders are $200 with re-orders of $75.00.
Shipping: We ship from Shreveport, LA. Our standard carrier is UPS. If you need
other shipping arrangements, we will be happy to meet your needs.
Guarantee: If you have a concern about our products, no matter how minor, please
contact us via e-mail at orders@kristijones.com.
Terms: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Returns: If your product arrives damaged, please notify the carrier (NOT Kristi
Jones Designs) within five days (it is best practice to not accept any inventory
that has been damaged). Save your shipping box for the carrier's inspection. All
claims must be made through the carrier.
For undamaged returns, please notify us via e-mail for authorization and packing
instructions before returning the product. Undamaged returns are subject to a 10%
restocking fee. No returns will be authorized after 10 days from shipping date (or postmarked date on your package).
Further shipments cannot be made to customers with past due invoices. Collection fees for any indebtedness will be charged to the customer. There is a $25.00 service fee for all returned checks.
